The hotelier is free to refuse to accept guests whose behaviour is inappropriate or contrary to public morality and order.
A valid credit card imprint is systematically requested and taken at the time of booking, before the room is occupied, as a guarantee.
Accommodation is payable before you take possession of the premises. For long-term rentals, bills must be paid at the beginning of each week.
Means of payment accepted:
- Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
- Cash
The establishment does not accept bank cheques or holiday vouchers.
Any guest on arrival or in residence causing any form of disturbance will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and without refund.
A hotel room is a place of rest. As a general rule, please respect the peace and quiet of other guests.
Any neighbourhood noise caused by the behaviour of a person for whom the hotelier is responsible may result in the hotelier asking the guest to leave the establishment, if the noise is such as to disturb the peace and quiet of the guests (art. R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the French Public Health Code).
In the event of improper soiling of the room or household linen, you may be charged an additional amount. In particular, in the event of difficult or indelible stains on the household linen (make-up, shoe polish, dye, blood, etc.), this will be charged at the replacement cost.
In the event of non-compliance with the conditions of sale, the customer will be asked to leave the hotel without being able to demand a refund. The hotel reserves the right to deduct the cost of undeclared consumption and damage in the room. This amount will be deducted from the bank imprint provided at the time of booking or on arrival.
The hotel will inform the customer in advance and may provide an invoice on request.
The hotel's terms and conditions apply to all bookings.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
