Museum of Arts and Crafts
The Museum of Arts and Crafts can be considered one of the oldest technical and industrial museums in the world. Its history is closely linked to that of the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts. Reopened in 2000 after a major renovation project, the Museum of Arts and Crafts retains today a reference collection. It offers an important cultural program for a wide audience, particularly through its educational activities, conferences and temporary exhibitions, and has important documentary resources in the fields of technical history and industrial heritage. .

Bourse de Commerce Pinault Collection
The collection is presented through a dynamic programme of temporary and regularly changing exhibitions : thematic displays based on works in the collection, exhibitions dedicated to artists whose works are included in the collection, as well as carte blanches, specific projects and commissions.

The Châtelet Theater
The Théâtre du Châtelet is a theater located Place du Châtelet in the 1st arrondissement of Paris and inaugurated in 1862; under Jean-Luc Choplin's direction since 2006, it currently mainly plays musicals, operas, classical concerts, jazz, recitals and dance. It has also been hosting the César Film Awards since 2002. The Théâtre du Châtelet is a member of RESEO (European Network for Opera and Dance Awareness).

Bastille
Situated less than 20 minutes walk from the Hotel Duo are the Place de la Bastille and the recent Bastille Opera House. This bustling district is known for its trendy restaurants, wine bars and cafés attracting numerous tourists and young Parisians.
The Place de la Bastille marks the beginning of the Coulée Verte, an elevated tree-lined walkway similar to the High Line in New York, and which was created on disused railway tracks.
